The company owns the domain my-timeshare-week.com and its database and follows the law established in 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (published in BOE14/12/1999).

We guarantee that information submitted by any user is treated in the strictest confidence and used only for the sole purpose of the Website MTW to facilitate communication in forums and between stakeholders, reporting on tenders and anything that involves the pure nature of the site as a meeting place for owners and possible buyers of timeshare.

MTW will use your personal information for a number of purposes including “service administration purposes”, which means that the MTW may contact you for reasons related to the service you have signed up for, (e.g. to provide you with password reminders or to notify you that somebody wants more information about an advertisement placed by you); to contact you about a submission you have made to the websites, including any content you provide and/or to personalise the way MTW content or advertisements are presented to you.

Users may exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their data at any time, and may unsubscribe from services by contacting us. Users can request regular receipt of information in form of newsletters, recalling users presence on the website and/or directions how to activate any changes. The data you provide, responses to surveys and behaviour as a user (pattern of use) could be used to send questionnaires, market surveys, opinion polls and/or e-mail advertising (e.g. free offers, special offers or newsletters). Through the data we can customize ads individually, sending system messages in users own language.
